Rental Policy for Frances B. Montgomery Memorial Garden

 

$50 per hour for rehearsal and ceremony bookings.

 

To reserve the garden there is a $50.00 non-refundable booking fee, which is not applied to the rental fee.

 

Seating capacity is between 150 and 175 depending on how you place your seating.

 

The bride and groom are responsible for chair rental, sound system and booking indoor space for inclement weather.

 

Weighted pop-up tents may be set up in the grassy area only – please be sure to keep them off the flower gardens.  No tents with stakes are permitted in the garden area.

 

The Visitor Center hours are 10:00 to 5:00pm.  Public restrooms are inside the building, but will close at 5:00pm.

 

There is no space for the bride and her party to dress and prepare at this location.

 

There is no way to control traffic noise during the ceremony.

 

Do not park in the loop at the back door of the Visitor Center before 5pm.

 

Roscoe Village is not responsible for any personal items left unattended.

 

Rehearsal time for the garden must also be booked through the Roscoe Village Marketing Manager at 740-623-6553.
