Visit this nationally-accredited museum located right in Historic Roscoe Village. See exhibits such as American Indian, Historic Ohio, Decorative Arts, East Asian and more.
During your visit be sure to check out the controversial Newark Holy Stones, which were uncovered in the 1860s in the Newark Ohio Earthworks (Hopewell Indian culture). The inscriptions are in Hebrew and one of the stones even bears the image of Moses. Where did they come from? It is a mystery! Visit the museum website for the latest information on special exhibits and educational opportunities for history buffs of all ages.
