Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) relocated to Montgomery Hall at 200 North Whitewoman Street in Coshocton in January 2008.  The former Roscoe Village Inn was completely renovated as a state-of-the-art educational facility, including more than 15 new classrooms, laboratory space, a lecture hall, digital media design lab, nursing lab, distance learning center, and a resource room.  The COTC Coshocton Campus offers numerous associate’s degrees and certificate programs.  Muskingum University offers bachelor’s degree completion and master’s degrees at this location.  Also, Montgomery Hall is an official GED Test center.
